Once a purchase is made, it's non-refundable and non-transferable.
The products which are available for purchase on our web site are activated through our product executive, kindly fill the form "Contact Us" for more details.
If you purchase one of our products after your payment has cleared, your license to use the software will be activated. Once the license is activated, no refunds will be given. We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our software.
Apart from that, our support staff is always available to assist you via email or telephone, if you face any problem. We strongly recommend that you must read the user manual as well as the product description thoroughly at least once.
In rare instances and only within the 10 days of purchase, if due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities, the software will not function, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund. In such instances, we require that you provide enough information for us to positively identify your purchase transaction (e.g., order number, your name, date of transaction, number of licenses purchased, etc.).
If we are able to identify your order positively, and if your request is made within 10 days of purchase, you must submit to us an email of the destruction of on-premise software, then after we will process the refund.
Arkision AI is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected mail or email, delays for downloading, or other communication system delays.
If paid by credit card/debit card/net banking/UPI, refunds will be issued to the original source, which was provided at the time of purchase within the 7 working days.
